CHECK-IN

 

  • Signs and floor markings as a common sense reminder to keep two metres from other people.
  • Sensible social distancing
  • Masks and gloves have been provided to employees when appropriate/required.
  • Payment made by appointment or final payment by transfer possible
  • Limit of the number of individuals in  the reception
  • Regular cleaning and disinfecting of all high touch areas
  • installation of transparent shield at the front office and hand sanitizer in contact areas
  • Commercial and touristic leaflet availalble at the reception


ACCOMMODATION

 

  • Cleaning and disinfecting protocol in place with approved cleaning
  • Accomodation left vacant prior and after cleaning and beforenew guest's arrival (when possible)
  • Increased cleaning and disinfecting of all high touch areas
  • You need to bring your own linen



IN THE CAMPSITE


  • Wearing face-mask is not requested when circulating outdoor within the campground.
  • Wearing face-mask where possible, whilst in the facility blocks is requested
  • Hand sanitizers can be found at the entrance of every public area
  • For health and safety reasons, campers are not allowed to have day visitors onto their pitches - please meet family and friends off-site so we can limit the number of people on our campsites.


 FACILITY BLOCK


  • Where facility blocks are open there will be at least 1 deep clean a day plus supplementary cleans and guidance on how many people the block can accommodate at one time.


OUR STAFF


  • Employees are educated on COVID-19 and all guests protocols and procedure
  • Employees have been educated on proper hand cleaning practices
  • Employees wear appropriate PPE in accordance with state or local regulations and are trained on proper use and disposal of PPE. Masks and gloves have been provided to employees when appropriate/required.
